As a blogger who republishes photographs taken by other travelers, I am keenly interested in the legal implications surrounding this particular issue. And so when faced with a thread titled, “If a monkey grabs a camera, who owns the resulting photos?”, I couldn’t help but to click in to see what this was all about:
To be perfectly frank, up until today if someone were to ask me “What does Northumberland mean to you?” my answer would have had to be, “Absolutely nothing.” Seriously, who ever considers Northumberland – for any reason?
