Hungry Flyers Still Getting Jerked Around by American Airlines

Changes to American Airlines first- and business-class in-flight meals following the US Airways merger have received a fair amount of criticism.

Well, an almost fair amount – jakem4800 has just a bit more criticism to offer.

No meal service in first class on flights under 3 hours 30 mins between 1:31pm- 4pm … I’m talking all flights Under 3:30 that take off between 1:31pm and 4pm doesn’t matter the route, it’s in their fine print that the stuck in there at the bottom of the page

Now there’s some debate in the thread as to how this rule is actually put into practice, and whether the meal that is served is worth fretting over in the first place. But the wording of the fine print is almost comical.
